New Awards Managers
Welcome to AwardStage!
Congratulations on your new role as Awards Manager! While exciting, we completely understand that you may not know where to start! We’re here to give you a helping hand, and will do everything we can to ensure that your programme is successful, and that the experience is as stress-free as possible.
We hope that you had a good handover from your colleague, and have seen the administration
side of your awards on AwardStage. But don’t panic if not, below are the key elements you need to
get off to a flying start!
STEP 1
Watch our Admin, Entrant, and Judge videos
Get an overview of the administrator dashboard and tools, as well as what the entrants’ and judges’ journeys look like. We’ve put together the handy videos below, to provide a guide.
Entrant Journey
In this video, we take you on a tour of the entrant journey within AwardStage.
From registration, to creating and submitting an entry - we have it covered!
Admin Journey
Take a look around the administration dashboard and tools that AwardStage offers - from creating entry forms, to customising your website!
Judge Journey
In this video, we're going to show you the judging experience within AwardStage. We look at how to access entries, how to score them, as well as how to leave comments.
Scoring is quick and easy, ensuring your busy judges can access the information they need, and rate it within a few clicks!
STEP 2
Log in to your awards dashboard
Go to your awards site URL, and click 'log in'. If you’re new to AwardStage, you will have received an email containing your activation link to set a password.
If you have previously used AwardStage as an entrant, judge, or administrator, you can use the same email and password as before.
STEP 3
Manage previous and current awards managers
We would advise you to remove any colleagues that are no longer working on your awards, and check who has access to the platform. Read how to remove or add new administrators here.
STEP 4
Manage your key information + website sections
NEED SOME HELP?
We see it as our mission to help you to ‘do awards’ in the very best way possible.
Just as your entrants want to demonstrate that they’re the best, we want you to be the best awards programme in your sector. We’re here to help!
