AwardStage Referral Scheme

1. Programme Overview

This Customer Referral Programme ("Programme") allows existing customers to refer new customers to our awards programme software and receive a discount on their next purchase.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrer Eligibility

• You must be an existing customer with a valid, active account in good standing

• Your account must not be suspended, terminated, or have any outstanding payment issues

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

2.2 Referee Eligibility

• The referred person must be a new customer who has never held an account with us

• The referred person must not be an existing lead or prospect already in our system

• The referred person must sign up using your name and organisation name

• The referred person must complete their first paid purchase within 30 days of registration

3. Referral Rewards

3.1 Discount Amount

• Successful referrals will earn the referrer a 15% discount on their next awards programme software purchase

• The discount applies to the base subscription price only and excludes taxes, fees, and add-on services

3.2 Reward Limitations

• Each customer is limited to three (3) referrals discounts per award, per calendar year

• Referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts

• No more than three (3) referral discounts can be applied per award, per year

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

4. Qualifying Conditions

4.1 Successful Referral Requirements

A referral is considered successful when:

• The referred customer signs up using your name and organisation name

• The referred customer completes their first paid purchase

• The referred customer's payment is successfully processed and confirmed

4.2 Reward Issuance

• Referral discounts will be credited to your next awards programme software renewal invoice 

• Referral discounts expire 12 months from the date the referral was activated (ie the date that the referred customer pays their invoice in full)

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination:

• Self-referrals or referring family members living in the same household

• Creating fake accounts or using false information

• Spam or unsolicited promotional activities

• Misrepresenting our services or the referral programme

• Any fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Programme Modifications and Termination

6.1 Programme Changes

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Programme at any time with 30 days' notice

• Changes will not affect referral discounts already credited to your account

6.2 Account Termination

• If your account is terminated for any reason, you forfeit any unused referral discounts

• Referral discounts cannot be transferred to other accounts

7. General Terms

7.1 Disputes

• All referral activities are subject to our review and verification

• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold rewards pending investigation

• Our decision on all referral matters is final

7.2 Privacy

• By participating, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy

• We may contact referred customers to verify the referral relationship

7.3 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
